Info Hub Support

All Incidents and Requests for the UNSW Info Hub Service are channelled through the UNSW IT Service Operations Centre.  Please say it is about "Info Hub" when logging a ticket.

The Service Operations Centre will provide first-level support and facilitate second and third-level technical and functional support where necessary.

    • Incident and service request logging
    • Provide level one support for related incidents and requests
    • General enquiries
    • Escalates to level two and level three support teams if required
